When even the starting line is out of reach

Here is a link to a great article that addresses the challlenges faced by families with limited resources and how critical programs like ours are to helping parents provide the start they want for their children.  It highlights one particular family who, without access to hearning and vision screenings for their little boy, were unaware of his hearing loss.
